We design Tin Containers according to the ISI specification and ISO series to provide the best methods for packing products. Our manufacturing unit designs highly durable Tin Containers such as integrated Bottoms, Tops, and Lids. We also design all types of Screw Caps, Luq Cap, Designer Tin Containers, Aerosol Container, and Publicity Posters along with 15kg Edible Oil Tin Container.

We have attained expertise in designing 15 Kg Desi Ghee (Butter) Container and brush in can container. In addition to this, we also design Tin or Metal Plain as well as printed round and rectangular shaped components in different sizes from 100ml 3.38oz to 169.07oz. The array of products comprises one piece integrated tops without or with epoxy-phenolic lacquer ideal for pesticide, paint and thinner cans. The rings are designed with safety curl, lid and togger for food as well as general purpose cans for chemical and paints container. We also provide double tight ring as well as lid. In addition to this, we also design bridge handle screws necks as well as closures designed for rectangular tube cans.

Our Infrastructural Base

Our modern infrastructural base is well-equipped with high-tech printing unit having latest technology fully-automatic machinery to develop the finest output. The complete production unit is divided into 3 departments from component manufacturing, printing to fabrication. The range of custom tin container, finished tin containers, oil tin containers, rectangular tin containers, etc. is available with rust proof preventives on the top and on the bottom along with the welding area to provide protection from rust.

Quality Standards

Every production level is professionally managed as per the Quality Control Assurance Program that outlines the monitoring project from collection of samples to creating the reports. Each batch of container is dipped in water by using pressurized air for detecting leakage in the containers. They undergo proof testing as per the sampling standards of ISI specifications.
